Shawnte McKinnon - CEO of Mckinnon Strategic Consulting Group
Shawnte Mckinnon is the CEO of Mckinnon Strategic Consulting Group, a business consulting firm that provides business solutions to corporations, nonprofits, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. She is also the founder of the Global Money Mindset Mastery. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mckinnon has worked as a financial professional for over 15 years for corporations, nonprofits, and universities. She is currently the Vice President of the BNI (Business Network International) Charlotte-South End Chapter. She holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
Mckinnon is also a self-published author of the book “I’ve Got to Comb my Hair” a riveting story of how God uses pain to direct the course of one’s life and how that pain is reflective in something as simple as a woman’s hair. She is the founder and executive producer of the Shawnte Mckinnon show, a show centered around bridging gaps that impacts communities and families. Empowered by her roles as an author, a business executive, speaker, minister, and media personality; Mckinnon is always striving to help people pursue their best selves. Mckinnon has had the honor of being featured and contribute to several magazine publications.

Monique Douglas, a 2018 inductee in Charlotte North Carolina’s Women’s History Hall of Fame in the Levine Museum of the New South, identifies herself as an ordinary woman with an extra-ordinary heart. What ignites her soul is her passion for grooming others to greatness, which is what has moved her over 30 years to pursue careers in sales, service, and hospitality management and now even more so as she serves as a Business Consultant specializing in using the art of clear communication to build dynamic personal brands. She and her husband are the Owners of CBK Branding & Consulting Firm, a full-service branding company curating brand strategies for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporations. Her contagious smile coupled with her leadership abilities is what draws individuals to her and why she feels blessed to live a “rich” life as she is heard to express “a rich lifestyle has nothing to do with money, but everything to do with mindset”!
Kelly Klemmensen – Photography and Image Branding Master
Kelly Klemmensen is a Brand Photographer in Charlotte, North Carolina, helping business men & women showcase themselves and their companies in the best light possible. She graduated with a degree in Strategic Communications, and worked at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association as a Public Relations and Social Media Specialist for three years before branching off as a self-employed photographer.
Kelly uses her knowledge in strategic marketing to help her clients leverage the most of their photoshoots so they can get a return on their investment and see growth in their businesses. She has worked with over 100 Charlotte businesses within a short span of 2 years as a brand photographer. Along with providing compelling imagery, she gives each of her clients a Marketing Strategy Guide so they can maximize the ability for profit.
Kelly has been featured in multiple magazines, and works consistently as the main photographer for the Charlotte Real Producer Magazine featuring the top agents in the Charlotte area. Her scope of business ranges from small business owners to corporations with thousands of employees. She also loves to partner with nonprofits to further their initiatives and support their causes.
Corree Carelock - Managing Director
Corree is a University of South Carolina graduate with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. Corree has more than 20 years in sales, Marketing and Public Relations experience. Corree started ELEV8 Marketing Solutions in March 2020 where she specializes in helping business owners strategize and execute the optimal marketing plan to reach their ideal customer.
Corree enjoys helping businesses learn ways to always stay “on brand”. Corree has been a member of BNI for 4 years and has served as a Director Consultant and Area Director for the Charlotte, NC region. She is currently the Managing Director for North Carolina. Corree is from Greensboro, NC but has called Rock Hill, SC home for 16 years. Corree and her husband, Andre are the proud parents of 3 children.
Corree is a connector and enjoys building relationships and introducing businesses to BNI. Corree is highly active in the community and with the York County Regional Chamber.

Melody S. Holt is the First Lady of OWN television's unscripted reality series. her spicy personality quickly earned her widespread popularity that exploded with old school and Millennials alike. but, her new-four success in the entertainment world did to come with our sacrifice.
Melody is from humble beginning via a small town called Brundidge, Alabama where she realized at a young age to dream BIG for herself. The aspiring singer and actress' ultimate goal was to perform an excel in the arts. Being from a small town and humble beginnings managed to graduate from Alabama University and used her education teach others.
Melody Holt has always been crowd favorite. From as early as high school where she sang and acted, she has been able to capture an audience. In college, her sweet girl next door demeanor made her a favorite in the classroom and on campus. When she stated her career as a model school teacher, she found success there, too. So, it's no surprise that when she decided to leave the classroom behind to pursue entrepreneurship, she took the industry by storm.
Fast forward to almost a decade later, and melody's entrepreneurial ambitions have led her to become the CEO of a multi-million dollar property preservation business, the stat and producer of the Oprah Winfrey Network's (OWN) Love & Marriage: Huntsville, and the literal beauty behind the MBrace Beauty Brand. But the mom of four isn't ready to stop there. She launched Masterclass with Melody in June 2020 and has used the platform to teach over 200 entrepreneurial hopefuls tried and true methods for building a profitable brand.
To say her grind is unmatched might be a major understatement. melody has continued to appear on television as the host of OWN's Behind Every Man. She was named ambassador for north the city of Birmingham, AL and Covenant Healthcare. And she still managed to develop the wildly successful God Said Go brand, a spirituality-driven apparel line. Melody is currently in negotiations with Posner Cosmetics.
Audiences have gotten to know much more about Melody through features in magazines like Lovely Lady, Sheen, K.I.S.H., and Fever. They even got to see her flex a bit of vocal talent on social media. She's been spending time in the music studio, and fans can expect to hear her new song when it drops in the spring.
